2. Within 03 months, the Investor and the owner co-operate to implement the procedures for getting Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) and Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC).

3. Within 30 days, when issuing the IRC and/or ERC, the Land Subleasing Contract will be signed by the 2 parties.

4. The owner will implement land handover and related documents and the Site in 15 days from the receiving date of the first installment of Infrastructure Using Fee.

3. The CIT for Industrial zone Enterprises will be exempted for 2 years and reduced by 50% for 4 subsequent years from the viability of taxable incomes.

+ Time for exemption and reduction will be counted continuously from the time of taxable income availability or from the fourth year in case of the taxable income available later than 3 years.

+ In case, the enterprise doesn’t have any income within the first three years (from the first year having income from the project) the exempted or decreased time will be calculated from the fourth year.

4. Import Tax: The enterprises will be exempted ex-import tax in accordance with stipulations at Article 16 of Tax Law No. 45/2005/QH11 on June 14^th, 2005 and Article 12 of Decree No.87/2010/ND-CP on August 13^th, 2010 of Government in regard to detail regulations for some Articles of Ex-import Tax Law.

– Support and coordinate in providing information, consulting implementation of other procedures of the Project.
